Target sitemap (Learn / Build / Fund)

Status on 2026-09-19. Migrated from the private devspaces-consolidation repo (sitemap.md, draft v1 for review, 11 July 2026). The Learn / Build / Fund structure and the test "every page has exactly one obvious home" are in force. The tree below is the July plan, not the current site. Differences: Find was added as a fourth stream (/find, with /examples); /learn/what-is-a-developmental-space and /learn/is-it-for-me became /learn/what-is-conscious-coliving; /learn/places and /build/design were not built; /fund/thesis and /fund/projects were folded into /fund and the archive; /blog was added (nav label News); /wiki was added under Build. Redirects: tealestate.net to /fund is done (12 July); consciouscoliving.org to /learn was in progress then, check before relying on it. The home page statement below is a draft that was not adopted verbatim; the copy pass is bead coco-jhk.

Test for every page and future post: it has exactly one obvious home below.

Existing DS URLs (/paper, /manifesto, /network, /about) keep working — Build stream wraps them, doesn't move them.

Home page: theory-of-change statement (draft)

We want a world with many more developmental spaces — communities, schools, retreat centres, even new kinds of monastery or university, dedicated to cultivating the inner capacities we need for a paradigmatic transition.

Making that real takes more than an idea. People need to discover these spaces and this way of living; pioneers need the knowledge and field to build them well; and projects need capital structured for their values. This site serves all three:

Learn — courses and guides to explore conscious community living. Build — the whitepaper, manifesto, network and design knowledge for creating developmental spaces. Fund — the capital layer: investing in and financing these spaces.

(Register: mission-first but plain; manifesto voice lives one click deeper.)

Open items as of July (see motivation.md)

  • Tagline (Q3) — candidate emerging from this draft: keep as-is with the bolded first line acting as tagline.
  • "Conscious Coliving" as named sub-brand inside Learn (Q4) — draft above keeps it in course names only.
